TBS (The Baker’s Story)
Eleven boxes that had to work as one
The Baker’s Story sells cookies, mixed mithai, dry fruits in jars, and baklava. Come gifting season, a single TBS hamper can stack three of those lines in one basket. If the boxes fight each other, the whole gift looks cheaper than it is. That was the brief, more or less: make every line its own thing, and make sure they still sit well together.
So each collection got its own color and pattern. Red for Cookies Delight. Peacock blues for Exquisite Sweets. Gold and coral for the Baklava boxes, and soft florals for Delicious Sweets. Put any two side by side and you can tell them apart from across the counter, but the family resemblance holds.
The boxes were printed and finished in our own production unit in Delhi. That matters more than it sounds. When the same team that approved the artwork runs the press, the box that reaches the counter looks like the file the client signed off on. The photos here are from the launch shoot, styled the way these boxes are actually opened: in someone’s hands, not on a shelf.
