The short version
This is a portfolio website. We collect only what you choose to send us when you get in touch, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, you share your name, email address, project type, and message. Depending on how the form is configured, that information reaches us through WhatsApp or through our form provider. If you contact us directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us there.
The site itself does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad trackers.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project, and carry out work you ask us to do. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Third-party services
Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. If the contact form is set to deliver by email, it is processed by Formspree under theirs. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own policies once you are there.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any project that comes out of it. If you want something deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@sparshbrand.com and we will sort it out.
